Under the global leadership of Tom DeWitt, creator of the Masters in Customer Experience Management (MS-CXM) program, and local champions of Experience Management, this event brings together a vibrant community of passionate professionals, curious thinkers, and industry leaders for a highly collaborative exchange of ideas.
