CX is a passion for me, where I represent customers and convey their voice and their needs to help service/product providers ensure that what they offer is what their customers really need. Architecting experiences from scratch or redesigning them is my bread and butter, I also assess the CX maturity and help organizations to elevate themselves over time. I develop the best methodologies that measure CX and monitor the level of the organization's commitment to the promises made to its customers.
